    If you are not fully satisfied with your answer for whatever reason, you may receive a refund less the non-refundable listing fee. Please contact support@owns.biz and explain why you were unsatisfied with your answer. Owns Ask for Answers Researchers grants full refunds for all reasonable requests for up to 30 days after answers are posted.
  1. What is the difference between an "answer" and a "comment"? 
    Each question can receive only one formal "Answer" from a Researcher who can also provide follow up clarifications to their answer. Answers cost money. Comments are posted by anyone with a Owns Ask for Answers account. People who comment are not paid for their comments, and they are not rated for the quality of their comments by the asker. Comments are free - there is no charge to the asker of a question for comments posted to their question.

    At the bottom of every question page we provide a link to support@owns.biz. We encourage you to use this link whenever you see questionable content posted to the site. In your email, please provide information about the question, its ID number, and the reason you find the content questionable.

    If you click on "My Control Panel", you will see a tab labeled "Edit Profile". Click there to change your profile information and click "Update".

    If, as a Researcher, you know that a posted answer is incorrect, please email support@owns.biz - Please provide back-up sources to support your answer.

    To express Owns - Ask for Answers 's gratitude for the tremendous contributions and dedication of Owns - Ask for Answers,  Researchers will receive a share of the revenue generated by questions they've already answered. However, Owns - Ask for Answers  reserves the right to discontinue this benefit at any time for any reason. 

  2. What information will I need to sign up for this program?
    You will need your Owns - Ask for Answers Expert account login. As part of the sign up process.
  3.  Am I still paid if my question is reposted or refunded?
    No, if your answer is reposted or refunded, you will receive 0% of the question price for the answer you provided. 

  4. Can I change my publisher ID?
    Yes - you can change your publisher ID at any time. 

  5. How much will I earn with Answers?
    Success Depends On Your Own Efforts; the point of this program is to thank you for your contributions to Owns - Ask for Answers  by offering you additional revenue. The minimum payout is $60, 45 days after your premium answer. You need one Paypal account. However, Owns - Ask for Answers  reserves the right to discontinue this benefit at any time for any reason.
